Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Manager of Energy & IoT Management to lead our energy strategy across the company-owned portfolio. You will own EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms, define governance, and drive cost savings through data-driven initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Facilities Strategy & COE, you will develop ROI models, manage vendor relationships, and advance sustainability goals while exploring emerging technologies to accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities or energy management.
• Experience leading enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with EMS, BAS, IoT or Connected Kitchen technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms; define priorities and governance.
• Manage relationships with EMS providers and utility partners; set KPIs and reviews.
• Develop and execute utility reduction programs and energy optimization initiatives.
• Utilize energy dashboards to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Develop and manage utility rebate and incentive strategy across brands.
• Build business cases and ROI models to support energy investments.
• Support ESG initiatives with data management and analysis.
