Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Manager, Energy & IoT Management to lead the energy strategy across our company-owned portfolio. You will own EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms, drive energy performance, reduce costs, and support sustainability objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities Strategy, you will work with Facilities, Operations, Finance, and vendors to optimize energy use, validate results with data analytics, and prioritize investments that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 5+ years in facilities or energy management.
• Experience leading enterprise programs and ROI analyses.
• Strong data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience with EMS/BAS/BMS or Connected Kitchen tech.

Responsibilities

• Own EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms; define priorities, governance, reporting, and adoption strategies.
• Establish vendor KPIs and lead regular business reviews.
• Develop and execute utility reduction programs and energy optimization initiatives.
• Use energy dashboards and reporting tools to identify consumption trends, outliers, savings opportunities, and risks.
• Develop ROI models and lifecycle cost evaluations for energy investments.
• Support ESG initiatives through utility data management and reporting.
