Ideal candidates bring energy, infrastructure, or project finance leadership, a track record of origination, and the ability to work remotely across the United States while maintaining senior client

Qualifications

• Established Energy, Infrastructure, or Project Finance Partner with a portable practice, ideally $750,000+ annually.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, wind, battery storage, and clean energy development.
• Experience in energy project development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Project finance and infrastructure investment.
• Power purchase agreements and energy supply transactions.
• Energy regulatory matters, including FERC and state regulatory proceedings.
• Infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, and related transactions.
• Established relationships with developers, sponsors, utilities, infrastructure investors, financial institutions, or energy companies.
• Demonstrated client origination and business development capabilities.
• Interest in collaborating with Corporate, Finance, Real Estate, Tax, Regulatory, and Litigation attorneys.
