Oculus Group represents an established global law firm with a distributed, collaborative practice model seeking experienced Private Client, Trusts & Estates, and Tax Partners.

Ideal candidates will have an established portable book of business and a track record in sophisticated estate planning, cross-border tax, and family office advisory.

This role offers geographic flexibility within a national remote framework, autonomy to grow a private client practice, and access to shared resources.

Qualifications

• Established partner with private client, estate planning, tax, or family office advisory practice.
• Portable book of business ideally $750,000+ annually.
• Experience in international private wealth and cross-border tax planning.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Established relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, wealth advisors, or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW/UHNW clients on private client, estate planning, tax, and family office matters.
• Grow and manage a portable book of business; develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across the firm.
• Represent and counsel clients in wealth transfer and governance matters.
