Leidos seeks an Energy Engineer to support energy-efficiency programs across the US, helping large facilities adopt energy efficiency and renewable measures. You will quantify savings, review calculations, and present findings to stakeholders, collaborating with engineers, managers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree and 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience with industrial manufacturing environments and energy management is desired.
• Experience reviewing energy efficiency projects and analyzing the accuracy of engineering energy saving estimates is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify energy efficiency opportunities and calculate energy savings.
• Review energy saving calculations for accuracy and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program energy advisors, facility managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to promote energy efficiency.
