Job summary

Leidos seeks an Energy Engineer to support energy-efficiency programs across the US, promoting energy efficiency and renewable measures for large facilities. You will identify opportunities, calculate savings, review estimates, and present findings to energy advisors, facility managers, and contractors.

The role requires knowledge of energy modeling, TRMs, and building/industrial systems; a Masters is preferred and a home office option is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and demonstrate knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
• Productivity, accuracy, organization and effective communication are essential.
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to perform field verification of energy efficiency measures.

Responsibilities

• Identify efficiency opportunities and calculate energy savings for programs.
• Review energy saving calculations for accuracy and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
