CLEAResult is seeking a Home Upgrade Technician to support energy-efficiency upgrades in Memphis, TN. Your role will involve installing energy-saving measures and providing high-quality service to our customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction or installation work.
• BPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install energy-saving measures including insulation and LED lighting.
• Perform minor repairs on windows and doors.
• Diagnose technical issues per utility specifications.
