Job summary

ICF is seeking a Program Specialist to support residential new construction programs in Minnesota. You will work with builders, HERS raters, trade allies, and internal teams to implement, report on, and improve program delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with remote/hybrid work options and a focus on energy efficiency and housing performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in energy-efficiency or residential construction programs.
• Experience with program operations and stakeholder coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program implementation across residential new construction programs.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Track program performance metrics including participation and energy savings.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, quality checks, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking activities.
