Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks an Energy Efficiency and Outreach Consultant Lead to enroll distributors, customers, and contractors in utility programs in the Minneapolis area, reporting to the Colorado team. You will advise on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, working with a diverse set of stakeholders.

The role emphasizes outreach, project coordination, and flexible client support, including collaboration on decarbonization efforts and program reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy efficiency/sustainability required.
• Experience with outreach/sales and stakeholder engagement required.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Demand Side Management programs.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to potential program distributors, customers, and contractors to be enrolled in utility programs.
• Walk enrollees through the program enrollment process from initial contact to end of engagement.
• Develop rapport and network with stakeholders, businesses, and industry contacts.
• Identify and assist with energy efficiency projects including feasibility, rebates, and follow-up support.
• Ensure program goals are met and collect enrollee feedback for improvement.
• Support senior staff with presentations/reports and adapt to client needs.
• Collaborate with CO team on sustainability initiatives and decarbonization programs.
• Assist with administrative tasks to meet program goals.
