Job summary

Evergreen Energy Partners is a virtual, full‑service energy efficiency firm focused on advancing efficiency initiatives for diverse clients. The Outreach Specialist role in Utah will recruit and enable trade allies, guide enrollment, and drive measurable participation across markets from a home office.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational skills, CRM experience, and the ability to manage opportunities from contact to completion while traveling as needed in the service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or related experience acceptable.
• 3+ years in contractor outreach, market engagement, or energy efficiency roles preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective trade allies in targeted markets and reengage inactive or under participating allies.
• Guide trade allies through enrollment, orientation, and program requirements with structured support.
• Manage prospects from initial contact through closure with clear actions and timelines.
• Build relationships with contractors, distributors, and other market actors through visits, events, and trainings.
• Generate leads from visits, referrals, campaigns, trainings, and events; document progress in CRM.
• Maintain current knowledge of program offerings and coordinate expert support when needed.
