Job summary

Frontier Energy is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Minnesota to build and nurture relationships with community organizations, trade allies, contractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, or public relations, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Frontier Energy professionally at community events, trade meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, contractors, engineers, trade associations, municipalities, and local communities.
• Attend outreach events to promote program offerings and services.
• Educate stakeholders on program benefits, eligibility requirements, and incentives.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, in-person, and door-to-door to expand program awareness.
• Monitor outreach performance and participation metrics.
• Present updates and participation data to program managers.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to inform outreach strategies.
• Support development of outreach materials such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
• Represent Frontier Energy at public forums and events to advocate for energy efficiency initiatives.
