ICF International seeks interns to support its Energy Efficiency Division, contributing to innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services across multiple projects. Interns gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts, and build consulting skills.

This entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship begins in early June 2027. Roles in Operations and Delivery offer remote work from MA or NY with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 30 completed college-level credit hours in energy/environment/business/economics/engineering or related subject.
• Must be able to pass any required background check(s), which may include drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with data collection and data analysis.
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management.
• Supporting client-facing semi-annual reporting efforts.
• Assisting in preparation of internal and client deliverables.
• Helping to document processes and develop process improvements and/or automation.
• Contributing to energy analysis and measure development (skillset dependent).
• Supporting Program Delivery teams with client presentations and relaying key program results both internally and to clients.
• Developing program opportunities to support client clean energy goals.
• Reviewing existing program processes to identify areas for efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinating and collaborating with program implementation team members as well as other departments such as marketing, IT and customer care.
• Ongoing communications with participating service providers to collect information and assess opportunities for program improvement (role dependent).
• Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and calculations for energy efficiency measures and projects (skillset dependent).
