Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking interns to support the Energy Efficiency Division on multiple projects. This 10-week, full-time internship begins in early June 2027 and is remote from MA or NY, with occasional in-person meetings.

Pay is $23 per hour, and relocation/housing assistance is not provided. Interns will build data skills, assist with deliverables, and collaborate with program delivery and operations teams to advance energy efficiency initiatives and reporting while gaining exposure to clients and

Qualifications

• By start date, at least 30 completed college credits in a related field.
• Ability to pass background checks, which may include drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and data analysis.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management.
• Support client-facing semi-annual reporting efforts.
• Assist in preparation of internal and client deliverables.
• Help document processes and develop process improvements and/or automation.
• Contribute to energy analysis and measure development.
• Support Program Delivery teams with client presentations and relaying key program results.
• Develop program opportunities to support client clean energy goals.
• Review existing program processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate with program implementation team members and other departments.
• Prepare and review information from service providers to assess opportunities.
