Job summary

ICF is seeking entry-level interns for the Energy Efficiency Division in a 10-week program, beginning in early June 2027. Remote from MA, NY, or NJ with occasional in-office meetings.

Interns will build content knowledge, support data collection and reporting, and contribute to energy analysis and measure development across multiple projects. Ideal candidates are pursuing energy/environmental fields, economics, or engineering, with strong Excel and quantitative skills and the ability to manage

Qualifications

Minimum of 30 completed college-level credits, preferred energy/environment/econ/engineering subjects.
Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities; strong Excel skills.
Strong written and oral communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with data collection, analysis, and internal tracking.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for projects.
Support semi-annual client reporting and deliverables preparation.
Document processes and drive improvements or automation.
Contribute to energy analysis and measure development where applicable.
Support program delivery with client presentations and communications.
