Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process energy efficiency incentive applications for accuracy and eligibility.
• Finalize approved energy applications and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and online chat.
• Assist applicants and program participants with program questions and application status.
• Perform back-office processing support for utility clients and their customers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing repetitive data and detailed information.
