Job summary

Siemens Grid Software is seeking an Energy Consulting Project Manager to deliver advisory solutions to utilities, investors, project developers and other energy clients. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and create analyses on electrification, energy markets and procurement for client impact.

The role is remote within the Contiguous U.S., Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, requiring up to 25% travel and enabling decarbonization strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, statistics, physics, or mathematics with strong quantitative analysis.
• 3+ years of energy consulting experience delivering projects and growing business.
• Experience leading analytical projects in electricity markets, procurement and regulation.
• Excellent presentation and client storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects and advisory engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development: contact clients, build value propositions, and prepare budgets and scopes.
• Advise on energy asset transactions, procurement, and decarbonization strategies.
• Support deployment of e-mobility and other decarbonization technologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations with clear recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff during project execution.
