Job summary

Weaver is seeking talented professionals to join its Energy Compliance Services (ECS) team. The ECS Supervisor or Manager Chemical Engineer will lead engagements on regulatory compliance, develop expertise in laws, supervise reviews, and perform mass/energy balance calculations for facilities nationwide.

The role involves preparing client deliverables, updating templates, and coordinating billing. Travel up to 20% to clients is expected, with opportunities to work from our Virtual Office or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 4+ years in chemical engineering with project management, consulting, regulatory compliance or client relations.
• Experience performing mass and energy balance calculations.
• Experience interpreting and preparing BFDs, PFDs, and process descriptions.
• Strong independent thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Develops meaningful client relationships and improves satisfaction.
• Ability to plan, execute, and supervise concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance and consulting engagements related to regulatory compliance.
• Develop expertise in applicable technical laws and regulations for ECS.
• Supervise engineering reviews and on-site inspections of facilities.
• Perform mass and energy balance calculations for projects.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and update annual templates.
• Provide client billing updates and status reports.
• Collaborate with leadership remotely or in-office to execute plans.
