Job summary

Weaver is seeking an Energy Compliance Services Associate to join our growing ECS team in a role focused on understanding technical laws and regulations related to energy compliance. You will complete attestation and consulting engagements, perform assessments, and research regulations under supervision while developing essential regulatory expertise.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CIA candidate preferred) with 0–2+ years in audit/advisory, and demonstrates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CIA candidate.
• 0 - 2+ years experience in Audit/Assurance, Advisory, or public accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
