Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager to help design and implement an end-to-end data submission and reconciliation program, including comprehensive program guides and SOPs. You will collaborate across teams to evaluate ROI of ASM workstreams and drive workflow enhancements for data accuracy and efficiency.

Once established, you will oversee daily EDS and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate payer and CMS submissions while aligning with value-based care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Medicare Advantage/ACA encounter data or risk adjustment.
• 1+ year of X-12 837 data knowledge.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop program guides and SOPs for the Encounter Data Submission program.
• Lead ROI evaluations of ASM workstreams and drive workflow improvements.
• Oversee daily EDS and reconciliation with payers and CMS.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and legal on regulatory compliance.
• Monitor submission quality and data accuracy dashboards.
