Aledade PBC is seeking a data-focused professional to lead end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation programs, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows.

You will evaluate ROI of data workstreams, oversee daily processes, and support senior leadership with clear analyses; a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Medicare encounter data are required; flexible remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Medicare Advantage/ACA encounter data experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of X-12 837 transactions.
