Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm seeking a Consultant to support EMS, fire service, healthcare financing, Medicaid reimbursement, and other public-sector initiatives. You will work with state agencies, local governments, and healthcare providers to analyze policy, operation, and financial challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in public-sector consulting, healthcare financing, EMS/fire services or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing and public-sector projects.
• Manage client relationships and develop technical deliverables.
• Conduct research, analyses, and financial modeling to support decisions.
• Develop reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
• Coordinate project workstreams and supervise junior staff as assigned.
• Present findings to stakeholders and facilitate client meetings.
