Qualifications

• Policy, regulatory, and financial requirements understanding for state and local government programs.
• Ability to translate policy, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements into practical implementation strategies and program management approaches.
• Experience working with public-sector stakeholders such as state agencies, providers, associations, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develops subject matter expertise in EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs, and public‑sector operations.
• Manages or supports the administration of complex state healthcare programs and grant-funded initiatives.
• Coordinates with state agencies, providers, and other stakeholders to support program implementation and compliance.
• Leads proposal development, market assessment, and client-facing deliverables for healthcare programs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
