The attorney will handle client teams, defend employers in employment litigation, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and handle motions. Strong writing, self-motivation, and collaboration with attorneys are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CA license to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; excellent organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop defense strategy for employment suits.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings.
• Manage discovery and motion practice; draft dispositive motions.
• Possibly take or defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediation or trial as needed.
