Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensure to practice in the assigned state(s).
• Minimum of three (3) years of domestic employment and labor law experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and recommendations on wage and hour laws.
• Manage outside litigation counsel on cases and claims.
• Prepare memos and communications for legal compliance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Negotiation, litigation and dispute-resolution skills

Knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Bilingual in English and Spanish
