Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a boutique Downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a Trial Counsel / Partner to lead complex commercial litigation and employment defense matters with significant autonomy.

This senior role offers first-chair trial opportunities, direct client contact, and the chance to help grow a growing practice while operating in a live, entrepreneurial environment. Fully remote with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial litigation and/or employment defense experience.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience managing complex litigation with autonomy.
• Strong writing, advocacy and client management skills.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and/or employment defense matters.
• Lead case strategy, client communication and trial preparation.
• First-chair trials and manage high-value matters.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, expert work, hearings, mediations and settlement strategy.
• Work closely with business clients, executives and stakeholders.
• Help grow the practice and develop client relationships.
