Convatec Group, a global medical solutions company, is seeking an experienced attorney in a remote US-based role (EST preferred) to support global employee relations, commercial matters, and litigation. You will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and advise on employment law across North America, Europe, and beyond.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, compliance, and strategic legal counsel to global business partners within Convatec's healthcare focus.

Qualifikationen

• Attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Bar admission in New Jersey or another state and eligibility for in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws.
• Ability to conduct cross-border labor and employment law research.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct employment law support and litigation guidance for global matters.
• Draft, review, and manage day-to-day sales, procurement, and other agreements.
• Ensure compliance with North American and European laws and industry standards.
• Coordinate with Compliance on investigative matters and with HR on labour-related matters.
• Advise Rewards and Benefits on employee compensation concerns.
• Counsel on employment contracts, severance, investigations, and discrimination issues.
• Develop, implement and maintain employment policies and training programs.
• Manage external counsel for disputes and litigation.
• Review marketing materials for legal substantiation and compliance.
