ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Counsel for R&D and Global Medical to provide practical legal support across clinical development, medical affairs, data use and research collaborations. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements and work with cross-functional teams to manage risk.

The role requires a US-licensed attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver timely guidance in a fast-moving global environment.

Formación

• Licensed US attorney with ability to practice law in the US.
• 3+ years of relevant private practice and/or in-house legal experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, corporate, transactional, regulatory or related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate and review R&D and Global Medical agreements (clinical study, investigator-sponsored research, academic collaboration, data-sharing, advisory, service and external engagement).
• Coordinate with Global Intellectual Property, Digital Privacy and Cybersecurity, Regulatory and Governance teams to provide aligned legal guidance.
• Identify and communicate legal and business risks and provide practical mitigation options.
• Support governance on clinical studies, real-world evidence, data use and external scientific engagements.
