Expect to draft demand letters, pleadings, and motions, and review contracts and severance agreements. You will also handle agency hearings, engage in negotiations, participate in mediations, and represent clients in court when needed.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in Illinois.
• Strong research and analytical skills for case law, statutes, and agency guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client advisement and filings.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice on workplace issues.
• Proven negotiation skills for settlements, mediations, and disputes.

Responsibilities
