Job summary

OneAmerica Financial is seeking an Employee Benefits RFP Consultant to coordinate and respond to RFPs, RFIs and related questionnaires with leadership, sales, product teams and SMEs to craft timely, accurate proposals.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in proposal management; this fully remote role is US-based, with possible on-site collaboration. Salary range is $66,000–$110,000 per year plus an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in proposal management, RFP response support, client service, marketing or related field.
• 4+ years minimum work experience. Relevant industry and/or RFP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development activities across internal resources (RFP content database, product managers, marketing teams, SMEs).
• Develop clear, accurate, tailored responses communicating products, services, and value proposition.
• Manage proposal timelines and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to understand opportunity requirements and position responses.
