Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits. This role offers remote work with on-site support near Longwood, FL, and aligns with Eastern/Central time zones, with occasional on-site as needed.

You will manage an assigned book of business, lead Account Coordinators, oversee renewals and new client setups, ensure data integrity, and pursue opportunities to grow IOA’s benefits business while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Lead Account Coordinators and direct daily tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee renewals, data management, and new client setup.
• Collaborate with Producers and carriers to ensure service excellence.
