Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Required active licensing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service, anticipate client needs, and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and collaborative attitude.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Coordinate new business setup, data gathering, and client communications.
• Manage renewals, data updates, carrier rates, and audits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate with producers.
