Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking an EMIS/CTE Specialist to join our remote state reporting team. The role focuses on accurate data capture, mapping, and reporting of CTE and district-wide student data to comply with Ohio requirements.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot submission errors, coordinate with school end-users, and maintain EMIS systems. Ohio residency is required; this is a remote position.

Qualifications

• EMIS reporting experience required.
• Proficiency with school data systems and state reporting requirements.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture, map, and report CTE and district-wide student data to Ohio authorities.
• Troubleshoot Level 1/2 submission errors and coordinate with end-users.
• Maintain staff data in USPS and ensure compliance with state deadlines.
• Prepare files for submission to ODEW and manage records.
