Job summary

Troutman Pepper is seeking an eMerge Operations Analyst to support and advance the eMerge department and eMerge Attorney Case Managers in delivering legal and technical services to clients in eDiscovery, data management, AI, and data analysis.

You will track matters, budgets, and client communications, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met while enabling teams to focus on high-value work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum two years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal operations.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative lifecycle of eMerge matters, including intake and setup.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Oversee matter rates, estimates, and budgets with timely updates.
• Prepare status updates, deadlines, budgets, and cost-savings information.
• Provide workflow support to minimize administrative burdens for case managers.
• Assist with process changes, tool rollouts, and reporting enhancements.
