Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking an eMerge Operations Analyst to support and advance the eMerge department, focusing on eDiscovery, data management, AI, and data analysis. You will oversee matter status tracking, budgets, and client communications while enabling case teams to focus on high-value legal work.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of matters, metrics monitoring, status updates, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or related professional services.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative lifecycle of eMerge matters, including intake, conflicts coordination, matter setup, and related steps.
• Monitor operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain oversight of matter rates, estimates, budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Create and communicate matter status updates, upcoming deadlines, and cost-savings information.
• Provide operational support to reduce administrative burdens on eMerge Attorney Case Managers.
• Support process changes, tool rollouts, and reporting enhancements with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop dashboards and presentations for firm leadership.
• Stay current with eDiscovery and legal operations trends to propose improvements.
• Assist with training and documentation for eMerge processes and tools.
