Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering.
Proficient in C/C++ for embedded software.
2+ years of Python scripting.
Experience with Linux in a software engineering context.
Experience with RTOS in embedded or mission-critical systems.
Experience with hardware interfaces for devices/payload components.

Responsibilities

Develop payload software for space sensor systems and constrained hardware.
Design interfaces and OS deployments for embedded space applications.
Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to deployment and support.
Develop and optimize embedded software for size, weight, and power constraints.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across optics, spacecraft, and payload systems.
