Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs to oversee a team of ~40 embedded professionals.

This remote role supports corporate security and intelligence operations across multiple client environments, with travel to East Coast meetings and operational sites as needed. The ideal candidate has extensive security/intelligence experience and strong leadership, project management, and staff supervision skills to manage staffing, timesheets,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the law enforcement, military, or physical security field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment to identify and place embedded staff in client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees to assess performance and well-being.
• Advocate for employee needs and escalate issues to HR or management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to embedded employees in security and intelligence fields.
• Coordinate with clients on security training needs and certifications.
• Maintain awareness of physical security priorities and best practices to support embedded personnel.
• Oversee the embedded employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheet reviews and evaluations.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Concentric and client managers.
• Ensure client satisfaction with talent and resolve concerns regarding embedded staff.
• Support program planning and proposals with HR and other departments.
