Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Embedded Caris Operations Manager (ECOM) in Flint, MI to oversee end-to-end case workflows in support of precision medicine programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Minimum 3 years of provider-facing or customer-facing experience in clinical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in real-time situations.
• Understanding of clinic-based workflows and healthcare delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review test orders and documentation, resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Coordinate with providers, clinic staff, pathology teams, and internal teams.
• Monitor case status, implement corrective actions, and ensure QA across the lifecycle.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and CRM entries; support billing inquiries as needed.
• Serve as primary operational partner and point of contact for providers.
• Educate on products, tools, clinical applications, and testing indications.
• Support training and onboarding of staff on workflows and procedures.
