You will influence product direction and champion engineering excellence while traveling internationally twice a year. Requires extensive embedded Linux experience (Yocto or similar), team management ability, and strong English
Qualifications
- Extensive embedded Linux experience — Yocto or other.
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Experience with customer engagements.
- Professional written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Field Engineers in Presales and Professional Services.
- Plan and drive progress on goals and projects.
- Partner with the leadership team to set direction.
- Coach, mentor and provide career development feedback.
- Represent the team to stakeholders, partners and customers.
- Travel internationally twice a year for company events.
