Fluz Fluz, LLC. is seeking a full-time remote Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end integration process for embedded finance clients. You will manage relationships from contract signing through live transactions, driving timely ramps to contracted volumes.

You will design solution documents, coordinate API provisioning, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to secure underwriting and banking approvals, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical program management in payments or fintech.
• Ability to read API documentation and create solution design documents.
• Experience managing client relationships while coordinating with engineering teams.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and willingness to resolve issues proactively.
• Proficient in clear technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee each client from signed contract to steady-state transaction volume.
• Produce solution design documents and manage the integration process, including API keys and wallet provisioning.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely underwriting and banking partner approvals.
