Job summary

Monex USA is seeking an API Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and integration of clients onto our Embedded Solutions and digital product suite, including mass payments, API, and online platforms.

The role owns the client implementation lifecycle end to end—from requirements gathering through integration, training, and go-live—and acts as the technical SME bridging product and internal teams with client needs. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, client onboarding, integration, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks; ability to perform basic API testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of software integration concepts and the client implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide product and process improvement.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new client engagements, including setup and technical configuration of the client with Monex's digital product suite.
• Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from requirements collection through integration, training and go-live.
• Serve as SME on product functionality, workflows, and technical integrations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support sales and account management during the client lifecycle as SME for technical solutions.
• Communicate with clients to understand business processes and tailor implementations to needs.
• Perform basic API testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for new and existing integrations.
