Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing experience with platforms like SFMC, Braze or Klaviyo.
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end from planning to reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML for responsive email templates.
• Experience with SFMC components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, AMPscript preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Create and maintain responsive email creatives and templates.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and implement improvements.
• Maintain email calendar, naming conventions, and version control.
• Collaborate with Design, Copywriting, Data, and other stakeholders.
