Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Marketo/MAP experience with 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Strong program and project management skills are a must.
• Self-motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation and eager to learn and grow.
• Team player with hands-on dashboard and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to manage expectations from multiple groups.
• Implement Marketo and SFDC best practices.
• Lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle management responsibilities.
• Adopt data-driven solutions and provide recommendations for critical business needs.
• Review program requirements and optimize email marketing campaigns and programs.
• Maintain data health and dashboards; alert leadership when action is required.
• Manage lead quality, lead scoring, and lead routing in Marketo.
• Assess ad hoc analytics requests and determine approaches.
• Advise marketing operations on data requirements for analyses.
• Visualize findings clearly for stakeholders with actionable implications.
