Aon is searching for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer.io. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on email marketing experience and be a native English speaker based on the US East Coast.

This role includes utilizing Liquid code and AMPScript for message personalization, as well as monitoring campaign performance to optimize results. Benefits include a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• US-based position, native English speaker.
• Experience building campaigns in Customer.io is a plus.

• Use Liquid code and AMPScript to personalize messages.
• Monitor and present performance metrics and optimize based on data.
