Job summary

Natera is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end email initiatives that drive engagement and ROI. You will manage audience segmentation, email building, QA, and performance analysis while collaborating with content and design teams.

The role requires 2+ years in email marketing, experience with Eloqua/Marketo/SFMC/HubSpot, and a strong understanding of deliverability and dynamic content. This position can be remote within the USA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email marketing experience.
• Experience with enterprise ESPs (Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, HubSpot).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and dynamic content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy diverse email campaigns including newsletters, GTM initiatives, and lifecycle automations.
• Manage production schedules and QA to ensure on-time delivery and deliverability compliance.
• Maintain audience segmentation and automated workflows; develop testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, layouts.
• Monitor metrics and provide actionable insights to improve opens, CTRs, conversions.
• Collaborate with content and design teams using Wrike or Asana for brand-aligned assets.
