Cogency Global Inc. is hiring an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to own the execution, optimization, and governance of Cogency’s email programs. This hands‑on role focuses on repeatable, well‑governed campaigns supporting events, webinars, sales outreach, and client communications, with room to grow into lifecycle programs.

You’ll partner with Marketing and Sales to test messaging, lift conversions, and ensure programs run reliably, measured and compliant.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building and managing email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and how to apply results to improve performance.
• Comfort with analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting issues end‑to‑end.
• High attention to detail with a strong QA mindset.
• Organized, process‑oriented approach to campaign execution and governance.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution, optimization, and governance of Cogency’s email programs.
• Build, QA, and deploy marketing and operational emails in HubSpot.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate priorities into clear email campaigns.
• Ensure emails are accurate, on brand, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Maintain clean enrollment rules, suppression logic, and consistent reporting.
• Expand automation programs over time as new capabilities come online.
