Job summary

Public Rights Project, a fully remote national nonprofit, is seeking an Email Manager to own day-to-day email campaigns in Campaign Monitor and Salesforce, manage the email calendar, and coordinate rapid-response communications to support civil rights advocacy. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on email marketing platform experience required.
• Experience with Campaign Monitor or similar tools to plan, build, test, schedule emails.
• Strong data analysis to improve engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of all email campaigns in Campaign Monitor and Salesforce.
• Maintain email calendar, audience segmentation, and lists with cross-team input.
• Implement best practices for A/B testing, nurture campaigns, and welcome series.
