Qualifications

• Degree in ELL (K-12) required.
• Valid Indiana ELL certification required.
• Experience with Title III policy preferred.
• Residency in Indiana required.
• Strong technology skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Customer focused with flexibility and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional programs virtually for ELL students.
• Consult with learning coaches and students to ensure ILP goals are met.
• Develop, write and help implement ILPs.
• Schedule WIDA testing and DOE reporting tasks.
• Evaluate assessments and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with parents/learning coaches regularly.
• Coordinate specially designed instruction with teachers.
• Provide direct services via web-conferencing as needed.
• Organize ILP meetings in a virtual environment.
• Support program modifications and ILP documentation.
