The role collaborates with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Legal to ensure governance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing scorecards and SLAs, supporting contract renewals, and assisting with supplier selection.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams to meet business outcomes.
• Experience with contract terms, SLAs, and supplier governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier performance, scorecards, KPIs, reports, reviews, and meetings.
• Monitor contracts, SLAs, and pricing; support renewals and amendments.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, evaluations, and due diligence for supplier selection.
• Track supplier spend, volumes, and cost trends; support invoice checks and cost savings.
• Assess operational, financial, geopolitical, cybersecurity, and sustainability risks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and certifications.
• Maintain supplier dashboards and reports; analyze data for trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other teams to drive end-to-end supply chain.
