Qualifications

• Experience guiding or mentoring students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with athletics department coaches and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized high-quality support to student-athletes under supervision.
• Foster retention and successful transition for first- and second-year student-athletes.
• Coordinate with campus partners and maintain organized scheduling and documentation.
