American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Retirement Operations Analyst to join the Regional Retirement Operations Team.

You will perform data analytics and audit processes across Pension, 401(k), Retiree Medical, Stock Purchase, and other retirement programs, supporting SOX compliance, plan audits, funding, and reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring daily controls, timely data deliverables for audits and funding, retirement reporting, and acting as a liaison between vendors and Honda

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of retirement experience and data management/analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll systems.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Strong data analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure controls and procedures in retirement programs for compliant operations.
• Deliver data analytics for plan audits, SOX, and labor rate calculations.
• Manage retirement program funding deliverables.
• Provide retirement reporting, projections, actuals, and participant data reporting.
• Act as liaison between vendors and Honda locations for Financial Education needs.
